Pumpkin Update

Happy Tuesday Friends! A few months back I wrote about my daughters pumpkin plant she brought home from school. Well it was a dud. LOL! She had fun trying though and as bad as we did with those, we are doing great with these!

The only issue were having is keeping the vines from growing out into the street and keeping the pumpkins sitting up the way they belong ( we dont want flat pumpkins lol) 

The upkeep is super easy and Its great spending time with my kids doing an activity that not only helps us bond and become better at gardening but gives them an important life skill as well! 

Keeping a Pumpkin Plant

My oldest daughter Harmony brought home a pumpkin plant from school last week (Open House) and I got very excited!

1. Because My sister in law had planted some pumpkins when she lived in this house and I regret pulling them up when we moved here 

2.Fall is my favorite time of year! 

3. Ive been wanting to make pumpkin pie like my great grandmother made. 

Here lies my problem. I know nothing about caring for them, and this includes when and how much to water them. So I've been googling away like mad for tips to keep these baby's alive.
